The Terms and Conditions (henceforth referred to as the Terms and Conditions) are valid between you, as a customer (henceforth referred to as ”customer” or ”you”), and Avidue AB (henceforth referred to as ”Avidue”, ”we” or ”us”), and apply to all use of Avidue’s website, including when you place an order through the Avidue website, www.avidue.com, and for all future transactions between you and Avidue. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders (jewelry or other products), by Avidue, placed through the website to private individuals. The Terms and Conditions are also valid when you place an order by email or telephone. Avidue’s website (www.avidue.com), is directed exclusively to private individuals and orders can only be placed by private individuals. If you as a customer are under the age of 18, Avidue requires parental or guardian consent. Avidue reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions, at any time. In the final section of the Terms and Conditions, you will find the latest date of edit of these Terms and Conditions. By using our website, communicating with us, purchasing products, placing an order on our website by email or telephone, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them.

Security and Personal Data
The safety of our customers’ personal data is very important to us at Avidue. When placing an order on our website, all information is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SLL) encryption on all personal data that is used to process your order, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We use the authentication method 3D Secure for safe transactions. Avidue uses iZettle (A PayPal Service) and Klarna as a third-party payment processor to ensure that this information is handled securely. No credit / debit card information or any payment information is stored anywhere on Avidue’s website or in our database.
Avidue stores personal data (name, shipping address, billing address, payment details, phone number and email address) submitted to us in connection with purchases, attempted purchases and joining our membership club/signing up for our newsletter, in iZettle. Avidue stores this information to be able to fulfill any orders placed through the website and also to be able to handle returns.

Avidue will not sell, rent or disclose our customers’ names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to other parties. Further, we may come to share your personal data with selected third parties, namely our service providers, to maintain our website, store your personal data, fulfill your order and ship the product to you, manage our database, send out emails and newsletters, and to communicate with you. Placing an Order
Before placing an order directly on our website (www.avidue.com), or by email or telephone, please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. You will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any faulty information, before you place your order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation sent to you via email. If your selection of products should disappear from the shopping bag, due to the connection to the website failing, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag. Please note that you cannot reserve products for future purchase.
Order Confirmation
After you have placed your order, Avidue will send out an order confirmation by email including your order number, details of the product you have ordered and payment details.
Please note that the order receipt / confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order correctly and is not an acceptance of the order. Should you not receive an order receipt / confirmation email from us please check your junk mail or contact us at info@avidue.com. Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.
Acceptance of Order and Shipping Confirmation
If your purchased products are in stock, we can fulfill your order immediately. Please note that Avidue does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. Should the products not be in stock, we will fulfill your order as soon as they are back in stock. Please be advised that delivery times can be up to six (6) weeks, for some of our products. For more information about our delivery times see, Shipping & Returns, at www.avidue.com. If a product is unavailable, due to manufacturing issues beyond our control, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by email. If we already have received payment for an unavailable product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all shipment details. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that your credit / debit card will be debited beforehand, in connection with you receiving your order confirmation by email and Avidue will then deliver your ordered product to you, once we have produced it.
Our Products and More Information
Avidue reserves the right to, at any time, without notifying you, alter the information about our products, change product pictures, create offers regarding certain products, adjust the prices of existing products in our webshop, add extra costs to certain products or for certain purchases, remove some products from our assortment and stop selling them or create campaigns for special occasions. We also reserve the right to offer campaigns created for certain occasions, run special offers and promotions that are valid for a limited amount of time or until stocks last, on our website, unless other terms are stated in the offer.
If you as a customer, when buying a product from Avidue’s webshop, www.avidue.com, should be charged the wrong amount, we will offer you the chance of placing a new order with the correct pricing, or you will be offered to cancel your order. Avidue will contact you if this should happen. We will automatically cancel your order if we are not able to reach you. Avidue is not liable for any problems or damage occurring while using our website or webshop and we cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the website.
Avidue aims to, as far as possible, describe our products in all the information about them and in our product photos that are displayed on our website, in social media or via other channels of distribution. Please note that the descriptions of our products, in text and photo, should only be viewed as illustrations of the products and do not guarantee their actual appearance or properties. Pricing, Taxes and Import Duties
All our products prices are shown in Swedish currency SEK (on the website shown as “kr”) and all the product prices, and the shipping costs that are displayed on Avidue’s website include Swedish VAT (Value Added Tax). The prices do not include any service or payment charges, if any such should be added to your purchase. The prices of the products displayed on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be shown on your order at the checkout stage, if nothing else has been advised. The prices and the shipping costs shown on our website may vary from time to time and Avidue is not bound by the price until Avidue has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation by email to you with all shipment details. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. In the event of our price of a product being altered or the shipping costs being changed before we have accepted your order, and after you have received the shipping confirmation from us by email, we will notify you of this via email. You will then be given the opportunity to place a new order with the new price of the product and / or the new shipping cost or cancel the old order. Avidue reserves the right to cancel your order after we have tried and failed to reach you. In this event you will receive a refund for your purchase, to the form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. Avidue will then contact you and notify you that we have cancelled your order and that you have been refunded for your purchase. Avidue always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. Avidue also reserves the right to cancel any orders, even though Avidue has accepted them, should the price of the product displayed on our website be clearly incorrect, something which you as a customer have realized or ought to have realized.
In Avidue’s webshop at www.avidue.com Tax-Free shopping is not available. Please note that if an order is sent to an address outside the EU (European Union), you as a customer may have to pay import duties and other taxes that the products are subjected to, once the delivery reaches your shipping address. You as a customer are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. If you are unsure of which import duties and taxes that are applicable to the country you are ordering to from Sweden, we advise you to please contact the competent authority or customs office for more information regarding this. Avidue cannot provide you with such information since import duties and taxes vary for different countries and these import duties and taxes may come to change over time. Should the import duties or taxes be higher than expected and you wish to return a product due to this, Avidue reserves the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Custom-Made Products
If you order a custom-made product, it cannot be returned or refunded. Examples of custom-made products: if the product has a customized engravement, if the product differs in size or design or in any other way deviates from Avidue’s regular line of products that are presented on our website. Once a customized order is placed by the customer on our website or via email or telephone, and the order is confirmed by Avidue, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all shipment details. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your customized order. Please note that the delivery time for a custom-made product can vary, and that the delivery time may be longer than the standard delivery time for Avidue’s products. Before the order is placed, the customer will receive a fixed price for the customized product. Once the customer places the order, they have accepted the price for the custom-made product. Due to the nature of personalized products, being individual to each customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. The customer does not either have the right to cancel the order.

When making a purchase on Avidue’s website, with your credit / debit card, you confirm that you are the owner of the card or that you have been specifically authorized to use the card by the owner of the card. All holders of credit / debit cards will be subjected to authorization and validation checks by the card issuer. Should the card issuer refuse to authorize the payment to Avidue, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
You as a customer can choose between paying by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that your card will be debited with the amount of the purchased products once Avidue has sent you the order confirmation email.

Should Avidue, for some reason, not receive your payment after you have placed your order, Avidue reserves the right to automatically cancel your order. Avidue is not responsible for any exchange rates or any bank fees that may arise from processing your transaction, when purchasing products from Avidue at www.avidue.com.
Delivery Information
Shipping Method
All Avidue’s products are sent from Stockholm, Sweden. We send all our products with Postnord and your ordered product will be delivered to your local delivery point. All orders that Avidue sends out have a tracking number attached to them and are traceable. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out with all shipment details, including the tracking number for your order. To track your order, go to www.postnord.se (Postnord’s information is available in Swedish and English). You can also always contact us at info@avidue.com for more information. You will receive an email or text message (SMS) from Postnord when your order is ready to be picked up at your local delivery point. Delivered packages, to Postnord’s delivery points, must be picked up within 14 days, counting from the day you received notification, via email or text message (SMS), that the order was ready to be picked up. After 14 days, your ordered product will be sent back to Avidue. See more information below under Uncollected Packages.
Please note that to certain countries, Postnord will deliver your order directly to the address you entered at checkout. If Postnord fails to deliver to your address due to the package being too big for your mailbox, Postnord, or your local post office, will notify you of this and your ordered product will be delivered to your local delivery point. Should this happen, it may take a few days before you receive notification from your local delivery point, that you can pick your package up there. If Postnord delivers your product directly to your address, the product has been received by you, and Avidue is no longer responsible for the order.
No orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Should an order or delivery be delayed, or if delays during shipping should occur, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible, via email.
Avidue does not deliver to P.O. box addresses. Delivery times to rural addresses may vary and can be longer than standard shipping times. During public holidays, shipping times may also be prolonged. Please note that when invoice payment with Klarna is chosen, your shipping address needs to be your registered residence, an alternative shipping address cannot be used.
Avidue’s given delivery times are provided as estimated delivery times. Delays in delivery times may arise due to payment authorization problems, the product being out of stock and / or the customers themselves causing the delays. Avidue is not responsible for these delays to the delivery times. To avoid delays in receiving your ordered products, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information along with your credit / debit card when you are placing your order with us. The estimated shipping times we present are provided to us from Postnord and we cannot guarantee Postnord will deliver within this time frame.
We reserve the right to use another distributor than Postnord without first notifying you. A shipping confirmation email will be sent out with all shipment details. Should Avidue use another distributor than Postnord, the same shipping cost that you paid at checkout, will apply.

We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries due to our logistics agreement with our partner Postnord.
Shipping Information
Our delivery times can be up to six (6) weeks for some of Avidue’s products, depending on whether they are available in Avidue’s stock or not. When your ordered product is ready, we aim to dispatch your order in 1-3 workdays. If your ordered product is available in stock, it will normally be packed and shipped within 1-5 workdays, from the time you place your order. The shipping times for our products are displayed below. When we have sent the product to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with all shipment details. Please note that shipping times apply from date of shipping and shipping costs do not include any import duties and other taxes that the products are subjected to, that may arise once the package reaches you.
Shipping Times and Costs

Sweden within 1-3 workdays, free shipping for orders over 1300 kr. For orders under1300 kr the shipping cost is 100 kr.

Europe (EU) within 2-7 workdays (not including Ukraine, Belarus and Russia where the shipping times can be up to 12 workdays), shipping cost 200 kr.

If you cannot proceed with your order at checkout, it can depend on you as a customer ordering from a country that Avidue does not have an agreement with Postnord to deliver to. Please contact us at info@avidue.com and we will in such case arrange a special transport just for you. You will then be informed about shipping costs and shipping times for this delivery.
Important Information
Please note, because of the effects of COVID-19 our estimated shipping times may deviate and be longer to certain countries. There may also be countries that we are unable to deliver to due to this.
Uncollected Packages
Should you as a customer not collect the package you have ordered from us, from the delivery point, and costs occur as a result of this, you as a customer are liable for the additional costs and will be charged for all the extra fees connected to the return shipment. The costs that may arise, that the customer is liable for, include extra shipping costs, possible taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs or other expenses or fees that can occur in connection with this. We can arrange a new shipment to you once we have received your uncollected package, but please note that you as a customer will be charged for the new shipment costs.
Avidue also reserves the right to cancel your order if you do not collect your package after we have tried and failed to reach you. In this event you will receive a refund for your purchase, to the form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. Avidue will then contact you and notify you that we have cancelled your order and that you have been refunded for your purchase. Please note that shipping costs for uncollected orders will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
Right of Withdrawal
You as a customer have the right of withdrawal regarding all products purchased from Avidue on www.avidue.com, within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product from the delivery point. In order for you as a customer to have the right of withdrawal, you must either notify your withdrawal to Avidue by contacting us info@avidue.com or by cancelling your order, by returning the product to Avidue within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product.
Please note, that should the product be defect or faulty, we will need a detailed description of the defect or fault, to be able to process your complaint swiftly. Should you, upon receiving your delivery, notice that it has been damaged during transport, this shall be reported to the carrier as well as Avidue.
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange your product, or if the product is defect or faulty, in any way, please fill out our Returns Form that can be found under Shipping & Returns at www.avidue.com or you can email us at info@avidue.com and we will send you a Returns Form. Please include the Returns Form in the package when you return the product to Avidue. Please also remember to fill out the Returns Form and enter the correct return code. Further, please always remember to contact us at info@avidue.com before you return your product to Avidue and remember to state your order number and the name of the product that you purchased and wish to return in all communication regarding this.
When you have received a confirmation from us about the return product, please send the package to the return address that you will find below. If you choose to return the product to Avidue, you must pack the product carefully and please note that you as a customer are responsible for the return / shipping costs.
Please also note that Avidue is not responsible for the product during the transport back to Avidue. Avidue will resume responsibility for the product once it has been received by us. You may not return the product by using any cash-on-delivery or collect services.
In order for Avidue to accept a return or an exchange, the product should not have been used, damaged or in any way altered from its original state. All products must also be returned in their original and undamaged boxes, as they were packaged when you received them.
If an order is sent to an address outside the EU (European Union), you as a customer may have to pay import duties and other taxes that the products are subjected to, once the delivery reaches your shipping address. You as a customer are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. Please note that Avidue will not refund import duties and other taxes that the products are subjected to that may occur for orders outside of the EU (European Union). Avidue reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not fulfill above criteria. If Avidue rejects your return, you will be notified via email.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your product for another size, please note that you can only exchange your product for another size in the same style. Please note that should you wish to switch to another size in the same style, the delivery time can be up to six (6) weeks, depending on whether the product is available in Avidue’s stock or not. Exchanges and refunds can be made within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product from the delivery point.

Refunds
All refunds will be refunded to the form of payment that was used at the time of purchase, if the products are shipped back within 14 days of the date on which you have received them from the delivery point and if all the above criteria are fulfilled and Avidue accepts the refund.
Please note that if an order is sent to an address outside the EU (European Union), you as a customer may have to pay import duties and other taxes that the products are subjected to, once the delivery reaches your shipping address. You as a customer are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. Avidue will not refund import duties and other taxes or additional charges that the products are subjected to, from orders outside the EU (European Union). Please also note that shipping costs for uncollected orders will not be refunded.
Once Avidue has received your returned product, you will be notified via email. It will take Avidue approximately 4-7 business days to process your return. Avidue will make the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest of the date on which we have received your notice of return, under the condition that Avidue has received the product from you. Once the refund has been made you will receive an email from us regarding this.
Product Info
Size Guide and Measurements
Avidue uses European ring sizes. This means that the inside circumference of our rings are given in millimeters (mm). You can measure the circumference of the finger you wish to wear the ring on by, for example, using a piece of string, and then measuring the length of the string to assess the circumference of the finger. See Size Guide and Measurements Chart under Product Info at www.avidue.com for more information about all our ring sizes.
Avidue’s rings are quite large and wide compared to more traditional, smaller and narrower rings. This means that you might have to go up a ring size from what you are used to. For example, if you normally wear size 50 in a traditional thin ring, i.e. an engagement ring or such, we recommend you choose size 52 in our rings.
Above descriptions and recommendations are only recommendations. Please take into account that Avidue’s rings are cast and thereafter worked on by a silversmith, one by one. We therefore make reservations for slight deviations between the given measurements in the Size Guide and Measurements Chart and the actual rings’ diameters and circumferences. Avidue is not responsible for guaranteeing that our ring sizes are comparable to ring sizes of other brands, due to the shape and design of our rings.
925 Sterling Silver and Palladium Plating
At Avidue we work with recycled 925 sterling silver and we spend a great deal of time on the design of each and every product. As a general characteristic, our design is based on sharp edges and angles, which makes our products somewhat fragile and therefore they need to be handled with extra care.
Compared to harder and more durable metals, 925 sterling silver is a relatively soft metal which, if not treated with care, can get both scratched and dented. Because of this – avoid wearing your rings when doing manual labor, for example: carrying heavy objects, working out or other situations when there is a high risk you may bump your hand into other hard objects and surfaces.
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time due to air, water and substances from the skin. Other chemicals and liquids may add to the wear and tear and discoloring of the palladium-plated cover and the sterling silver beneath and in doing so accelerate the oxidation process. Therefore, avoid wearing your jewelry when for example: swimming, showering, doing dishes, washing your hands. When applying any skin products or perfume, let them sink in and have their effect for a few minutes before putting on your jewelry.
All our silver pieces have a thin protective layer of the metal palladium, which makes them slightly more durable and helps delay the oxidation of the silver beneath, but they still need to be handled with care. The duration and condition will vary depending on how they are worn and treated.
18-Carat Gold Vermeil
Vermeil defines the thickness of the gold plating. Avidue uses an 18-carat gold vermeil. This is a thick gold plating, but it is important to understand that this is just a plating covering the sterling silver and that its duration and condition will vary depending on how the jewelry is worn and treated. Because of that, we recommend that you handle your gold-plated jewelry with extra care. All contact with other hard materials may tear and wear down the gold plating. For example: avoid wearing your gold-plated ring on a finger next to another finger carrying a ring and separate your gold-plated jewelry from other jewelry when it is not being used. In addition to that, follow the same care instructions as for silver in general, keeping your gold-plated jewelry away from for example: liquids, perfume and other chemical substances.
Care Instructions
Because sterling silver, palladium plating and 18ct gold vermeil plating react to air, pollution, liquids, skin substances and other chemicals, they need to be cleaned regularly to prevent oxidation, tarnishing and discoloring.
As mentioned before, silver is a relatively soft metal and can easily get scratched. Also, both the palladium plating and the 18ct gold vermeil plating may get worn down or discolored if not cared for properly. Because of this it is important that you are gentle when cleaning your jewelry. We recommend that you gently rub your jewelry every time you have worn it, in order to restore the shine and get rid of any oil, pollution, skin substances or other chemicals that it might have acquired during the day. When cleaning your jewelry, we recommend that you wash it in lukewarm water and then gently rub it by using only a very soft cloth, or a soft brush to reach all angles of the piece.
If your silver jewelry has become discolored or has begun to oxidize, we recommend using a reducing agent, such as a silver wash or silver polish.
When your jewelry is not being used, keep it stored separately. We recommend you keep it in your included Avidue box, in doing so keeping it away from wear and tear from other jewelry, air pollution and from direct sunlight.
Information About Our Guarantees and Insurances
Should you receive your ordered product from Avidue and discover that the product is defect or faulty, please contact us immediately, within seven (7) days upon receipt, at info@avidue.com. Avidue acts in accordance with Swedish consumer regulations. Our quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects or faulty products. Avidue is not responsible for damages to the product caused by everyday wear and tear, careless use or other aesthetical changes of the product due to such use over time. If you have any complaints about defects or faults in the products you have ordered, please always describe the reason why you consider the product to be defect or faulty and please remember to refer to your order number.
If Avidue classifies / accepts the product to be defect or faulty, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the product, including shipping costs, when we have received the returned product. If you return the product to Avidue, please always contact us first at info@avidue.com and please use our Returns Form enclosed together with the returned product. All of Avidue’s products that we send out are insured during transport and the insurance covers accidental damages and thefts whilst in transit from Avidue to the shipping address. When you as a customer have collected the package, you have ordered from us, from the delivery point, the product is no longer covered by the insurance. Should you, upon receiving your delivery, notice that it has been damaged during transportation, this shall be reported to the carrier as well as Avidue.
If you choose to return the product to Avidue, you must pack the product carefully and pay for the return shipping. Please note that Avidue is not responsible for the product during the transport back to Avidue. Avidue will resume responsibility for the product once it has been received by us. You may not return the product using any cash-on-delivery or collect services.
Important Information
Avidue does not deliver to P.O. box addresses. All orders that Avidue sends out have a tracking number attached to them and are traceable. No orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Should an order or delivery be delayed, or if delays during shipping should occur, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible, via email. Deliveries to rural addresses may vary and can be longer than standard shipping times. During public holidays shipping times may also be prolonged.
Avidue’s given delivery times are provided as estimated delivery times. Delays in delivery times may arise due to payment authorization problems, the product being out of stock and / or the customers themselves causing the delays. Avidue is not responsible for these delays to the delivery times.
Avidue’s Terms and Conditions stipulate the limitation of our liabilities to you as a customer. Our Terms and Conditions are valid unless otherwise is stipulated by law. We will not be held responsible for any indirect damages that you as a customer may suffer.
Should Avidue fail to deliver the product you have ordered from us due to causes beyond our control (force majeure), such as war or natural catastrophes, severe weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, civil unrest, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, riots, internet service failures, power cuts or similar events, Avidue cannot be held responsible for these causes, and our obligations to you will be suspended. In such cases, the contract between you and Avidue can be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us. In no case whatsoever will our liabilities to you as a customer exceed your total purchase amount for each order.
Alterations
Updates to this Terms and Conditions may occur from time to time due to changes to our operations, legal or regulatory reasons. Avidue reserves the right to make updates to or alter the Terms and Conditions at any time. At the bottom of this Terms and Conditions you will see the last modified date.
Governing Law
This Terms and Conditions is written in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish courts (the District Court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance) will have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any disputes pertaining to it. Should you have any claims against Avidue please note that you can take them to The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
