Information Avidue Collects
We process the personal data that we have collected with your consent, in connection with you applying for membership in our customer club and signing up for our newsletter. We also collect personal data when you visit or purchase a product from www.avidue.com and via your ongoing contact with us. Examples of personal data we may come to process are your name, your email address and information regarding your purchases from us. Avidue also uses cookies.

Security
The safety of our customers’ personal data is very important to us at Avidue. When placing an order on our website, all information is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SLL) encryption on all personal data that is used to process your order, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We use the authentication method 3D Secure for safe transactions. Avidue uses iZettle (A PayPal Service) and Klarna as a third-party payment processor to ensure that this information is handled securely. No credit / debit card information or any payment information is stored anywhere on Avidue’s website or in our database.

Avidue stores personal data (name, shipping address, billing address, payment details, phone number and email address) submitted to us in connection with purchases, attempted purchases and joining our membership club/signing up for our newsletter, in iZettle. Avidue stores this information to be able to fulfill any orders placed through the website and also to be able to handle returns.

Will Avidue Share Your Personal Information With Others?
